The previuos time I was with my wife at this hotel, I wrote a review critiziting the service at the breakfast room where the food was not refilled in due time when the various trays were empty. The hotel management took very seriously my remark and in fact this last time the service at the breakfast room was perfect: all the trays were refilled continously. For the rest the hotel is good for the price: the rooms are simple but confortable and the bed is very confortable. It is also very quiet during the night.

The hotel room had sufficient space for my family and was impeccably clean. The hotel's location is convenient, with the train station reachable within 10 minutes for trips to Cannes or Monaco. Additionally, the bus station to Cannes is just a 5-minute walk away, while the tram station is easily accessible within a 5-minute walk. Moreover, the breakfast offered was quite good. The hotel parking was convenient to use, and the hotel was located near a shopping center, less than 4 minutes away.

Great, clean! Modern lovely downstairs area and friendly staff. Excellent location, walkable to the port and the trams. Have a drink at the port and a wander around it's lovely. Great to have windows that open and a very very quiet room at night! No complaints at all. Clean and big rooms! Side recommendation - we had a fantastic Italian meal - probably the best of our whole Euro trip - Restaurant la Flara. A few blocks away!

That staff at the property were so helpful and friendly, particularly Guillome. The location of the hotel is perfect. A close walk to all the areas of interest in Nice, lots of bakeries and shops around and close to a train station from travelling along the coast. The hotel does offer breakfast too. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. Air conditioning worked well. The hotel was nice and quiet, it’s in more of a residential area so there was no road noise disrupting sleep.

Location was perfect. Short walk to the old town and the port. Very close to riquier train station which let you explore the nearby beach towns , monaco and Italy very easily and cheaply. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Air con was available and easy to use. Curtains were thick enough so the light never interrupted sleep.

This is a budget hotel very close to Nice city center, and provides everything that you can expect of it. Room was spacious, even if spartan. Staff is nice. Underground parking is great. Clean room, good beds. I had to stay an extra night which was handled promptly and without any problems. Very close to the tram station. Supermarkets are also close. I'd be glad to stay again, good value!

Very good location for what we needed. The hotel is located in quiet neighbourhood, close to Nice Riquier station, supermarkets, Old Town of Nice and tram stations at Garibaldi Square and in Port Lympia which are on the direct line T2 towards the airport.

Price is smaller than on average in Nice Location is good, near the port and the railway station so good for travelling, and still it is a nice area not far from the beach Big room, enough space. Good WiFi connection

The rooms are big enough, the beds are comfortable and the bed linen are clean and qualitative. The location is very good, close to a tram station, port, restaurants, shops and also the train station. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Pet friendly hotel 10 minutes from the center. Pet pay 15€ extra I don't know for what since they don't give nothing extra for them (carpet to sleep on, bowl for water, towel). Easy parking in the street 2 hours parking 25€, hotel parking 15€.
