While the hotel doesn’t offer luxury amenities, it is clean, functional, and convenient. A notable advantage is the parking, which is a big plus. Although some spaces are small, about 40% are generously sized. The parking area is spread over two floors, and while it may be harder to find larger spots during peak seasons, in mid-September there were plenty of larger spaces available. The entrance to the parking lot is somewhat steep, but manageable, especially when compared to other parking facilities in Nice.

The previuos time I was with my wife at this hotel, I wrote a review critiziting the service at the breakfast room where the food was not refilled in due time when the various trays were empty. The hotel management took very seriously my remark and in fact this last time the service at the breakfast room was perfect: all the trays were refilled continously. For the rest the hotel is good for the price: the rooms are simple but confortable and the bed is very confortable. It is also very quiet during the night.

The hotel room had sufficient space for my family and was impeccably clean. The hotel's location is convenient, with the train station reachable within 10 minutes for trips to Cannes or Monaco. Additionally, the bus station to Cannes is just a 5-minute walk away, while the tram station is easily accessible within a 5-minute walk. Moreover, the breakfast offered was quite good. The hotel parking was convenient to use, and the hotel was located near a shopping center, less than 4 minutes away.

Underground parking was an excellent facility as you just put your luggage to one of the two lifts and go straight up to your floor👍The reception and breakfasts are of perfect quality - no problem with English anywhere. Walking distance from the hotel to the harbour and city centre (buses also available nearby). Little entertainment area with table football next to the reception. Nice little garden - quiet rooms overlooking it.
